Services
Decisive Video Focus provides professional video production services including but not limited to corporate videos, marketing content, event coverage, and video editing services.
Project Terms
All video production projects are subject to separate written agreements that specify deliverables, timelines, costs, and usage rights. Project terms supersede these general terms for specific engagements.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally, a deposit is required to begin work, with final payment due upon project completion.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive specified usage rights to the final video content. Raw footage and project files remain property of Decisive Video Focus unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
